Grand Chase Jin Chrome Theme

Requested by someone in the grand chase forums.Making this theme pissed me right the fuck off.It was hard trying to find the frame background and a signature for the toolbar.I was so frustrated by it I forgot to change the text for the bookmarks.When I tried fixing,GIMP starts being a fag....ugh ok well whatever its done.
